Assistant Guest Liaison & Social Media Manager

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be the friendly face guests remember and the voice they hear online. You'll support the Guest Liaison Manager with daily guest interactions also create engaging content that reflects our brand's personality and values.

Responsibilities:

Guest Liaison Duties:



Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm, positive experience from arrival to departure. Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve concerns efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest needs and special requests. Help maintain a polished, professional front-of-house experience. Diverse work role supporting Front of house where required.

Social Media Advocacy:



Create and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, etc Capture authentic guest moments and behind-the-scenes stories. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages. Support campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with influencers and local partners.

What We are Looking For:



Experience in hospitality, guest services, or a customer-facing role. Confident using social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Facebook, Instagram, X, Canva) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Photography/videography skills a plus.

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
