Working in the central hub of the laboratory the CTS Co-Ordinator role will play a
important part in the operational and logistical function of the organisation. You will be
responsible for various daily tasks which support the technical team with their work from
booking in, scheduling, component ordering and problem solving. Additionally, you will
also be customer facing dealing with telephone calls and patients who visit the lab for a
shade / denture repair appointment. Being able to deliver excellent customer service and
have confidence on the telephone is key.

The successful candidate will need to be adaptable as you will be working in an ever
changing business environment where no two days are the same.
Working hours 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Invoicing
Issue and manage client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
Register expenses in the system and maintain updated financial records.
Inventory & Materials Management
Ensure proper use and control of laboratory stock and consumables.
Maintain updated records of material references and stock levels.
Track and record lot numbers for all materials to guarantee full traceability.
Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock when needed.
Administrative Support
Support the Admin Manager in monitoring budgets and costs.
Ensure all administrative documentation is accurate and accessible.
Collaborate with CTS and laboratory staff to resolve administrative or supply-related
issues.
Requirements
Background in administration, finance, or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in office and management systems (ERP, invoicing tools, Excel).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of dental laboratory operations is a plus.
