Key Responsibilities

Assist with customs clearance

to ensure full compliance with UK/EU regulations. Process and manage

high-volume emails

(over 1,000 daily) in Microsoft Outlook with speed and accuracy. Learn to complete

customs declarations

with precision, ensuring compliance and preventing costly errors. Prioritize, organize, and execute tasks within

tight deadlines

, managing multiple workflows simultaneously. Support operations through

data entry

, customer communication, and workflow management. Participate in comprehensive

training programs

to master customs procedures, tariffs, and regulatory compliance. Maintain

professional, clear communication

with internal teams, customers, and customs authorities.
Requirements

Fluent in Polish

(spoken and written) is a must.

Native-level proficiency in English

(spoken and written). Exceptional

attention to detail

and a passion for accuracy. A

with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage

multiple priorities
