Role Overview:
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Application Support Lead to join our team. This role is remote, but you must be located in the UK, there will be occasional travel to the Stapeley or Basingstoke offices
You will be responsible for the operational support, performance, and security of the D365 Platform.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines functional expertise with people management and process governance
You will oversee a team of Dynamics 365 Application Support Specialists (based in the Philippines) and report to the Global Head of IT Operations
You will be ensuring effective incident and request management, high-quality user experience, and consistent adherence to ITSM practices across a multi-entity global environment.
Working closely with business stakeholders, the Product & Platform Teams, and Global IT Operations, you will drive the stability, security, and optimisation of the F&O platform, ensuring it continues to meet the organisation's evolving business needs.
