We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented
Data Entry Administrator
to support our team during a system migration project. This temporary role will involve transferring information from our historic folder system into our new software, including:
Timesheets
Purchase Orders
Fee Proposals
Invoices
Key Responsibilities
Accurate data entry into the new system
Ensuring information is correctly categorised and accessible
Working with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
About You
The ideal candidate will be logical, meticulous, and organised, with strong attention to detail. Experience with
Eque2 Construction Manager
(or other Eque2 products) is highly advantageous. We also welcome candidates with experience in timesheets, invoicing, or project management software.
What We Offer
Flexible working hours within core business times of 9.30-4.30
A hybrid working model (minimum 60% in the office, up to 40% remote)

Contract length: 2-3 months
Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
