Enough about us, what's the role?



We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support the operations team.

The Data Entry Administrator will work closely with the Operations Manager to input and maintain data across multiple systems. This role is critical to ensuring accurate reporting, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling the business to identify opportunities for growth and enabling the business to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:



Inputting data accurately into company systems and spreadsheets Assisting the Operations Manager in preparing and maintaining operational reports Checking information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details and correcting where required Updating and maintaining internal databases to ensure information is up to date Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks as required Handling confidential information with discretion Assisting in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for:



High attention to detail with excellent accuracy Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general IT systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in data entry or administration desirable but not essential

Details:



Base salary: 24,000 - 25,000 per year (DOE) Working pattern: 09:00 - 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday - Saturday (you will receive a rota'd weekday off should you work a Saturday) Great career progression opportunities 28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday
