Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our databases, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently. If you have a passion for data management and possess excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply. Knowledge of Excise and Customs Bond would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail on various systems. Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval. Assist with clerical tasks Support administrative functions by providing accurate reports and documentation. KPI Reporting & General Reports

Requirements

Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel. Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Basic math skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to collect, analyze, and present data clearly.
