About the role

As Database Officer you will play a crucial role in supporting the Advancement Office's data operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of the university's CRM system. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality data management practices, processing both internal and external imports, and providing first-line user support to internal teams and alumni.



We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE - equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).



This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site. Please note Tuesdays are our in-office anchor day for all Advancement members.

About you

You will have experience working with CRM systems, experience managing large datasets, and be exceptional in ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR. You will be familiar with data imports and integrations, and have be a safe pair of hands providing user support, training, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
