Job Summary
As a Nursery Deputy Manager, you will support the manager to oversee the daily operations of a nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children. Your role involves support in managing staff, communicating with parents.
Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress
- Utilise your early childhood education knowledge to create engaging activities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Supervise and support staff in providing quality childcare
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong childcare background
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 32,000.00-33,500.00 per year
Education:
Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
Childcare: 1 year (preferred) Nursery: 2 years (preferred) Nursery experience: 2 years (required) Management: 1 year (required)
