What will you be doing?
Deliver personalised, stimulating day services and assist with outings, activities, and events for our clients.
Support personal care needs (toileting) and help individuals with mobility, medication, and health monitoring, following their person-centred care plans.
Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, preparing light meals and maintaining resources.
Work closely with families and carers, keeping accurate care records and reporting risks or incidents appropriately.

Registering for the DBS update service will be reimbursed by One Community.
NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
We pay National Living Wage and provide progression opportunities. Pay rates are the following:
21 and over:
12.21 per hour /
18-20 year olds:
10.00 per hour.
