We are seeking a proficient and passionate Dosa Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in South Indian Cuisine - Dosa, Vada, Idli, snacks and curries. This role is specifically for the daytime shifts covering breakfast and lunch shifts where there will be an emphasis on Dosa and South Indian Breakfast
Duties
To produce great quality authentic South Indian dishes, and produce during service at speed
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
You are a team player and comfortable giving training and guidance for other members of our kitchen team
Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Extensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members.
