Monday - Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm Optional weekends available
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Debt Advisor
to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone confident in packaging debt cases and working closely with Insolvency Practitioners to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.Key Responsibilities
Assessing clients for debt solutions, primarily: IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangements) Debt support options Packaging client cases to be processed by Insolvency Practitioners Gathering and submitting required documentation Managing a pipeline of warm, qualified prospects Delivering excellent client care and compliance standards
Requirements
3-5 years' experience
in debt advice or debt support Strong knowledge of IVA processes and debt packaging Experience working with Insolvency Practitioners Self-motivated, organised, and proactive Able to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer
30,000 basic salary
