The Debt Management Advisor role supports the business in building strong customer relationships and ultimately reduces customer accounts falling into further arrears. You will be accountable for monitoring payments, negotiate payment plans, and explore all possible payment methods that are available to you to bring the customer back in line with payment terms.

Duties:
Call/text/email send letters to customers to obtain payment or agree a more suitable payment plan
Build strong customer relationships
Be organized and proactive to ensure any new agreements have been successful
Work closely with other departments
Keep detailed credit control notes on our system
Meet KPI's set by line manager
Requirements:
Be confident using Microsoft Excel
Be able to work through problems with customers
Abide by GDPR regulations
Good communication skills with customers and other members of the team
