:

As an experienced product delivery lead, you will support maturity and consistency of product metrics, status reporting, product operations, and support customer deliverables and communications for the product line. You will deliver business value through collaborative partnerships with customers across the firm, our product line teams and Global Technology, as well as industry experts. You will establishes processes and directly create/own content that will deliver key messages based on data insights tied to our enterprise product services and capabilities, and GT priorities. You will build and manage key relationships in Infrastructure & Platforms and across the firm, engaging and empowering high performing product teams.

You are a thought leader who will lead delivery of product vision, strategy and roadmaps. You will leverage your depth of knowledge, experience partnering with leaders across our Digital Workflows product line, customer relationships, data insights, and delivery oversight to understand and visually represent business impact, tying business outcomes to delivery. You will understand and present risk views to support effective risk management and communications. You will lead creation of monthly and quarterly leader and stakeholder presentations, and drive efficiencies and process improvement You will monitor and report on product business metrics, including OKRs, in context of our business roadmap and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across product, business and technical leaders, to provide insights and convey key messages for monthly and quarterly metrics, status reporting, and business impact; use of visuals over words to drive understanding and impact is critical.
  • Use of data, analytics, and our value framework to deliver clear messaging for leadership and stakeholders
  • Establish a consistent and repeatable set of processes and metrics to increase efficiency and streamline communication internally and with customers.
  • Develop and report key messages across the product line using data insights, customer deliverables and a forward view of work for our product line and senior business stakeholders
  • Standardize and mature processes with product leaders to streamline communication, reporting, and timely action
  • Build partnerships within Infrastructure & Platforms, Global Technology, and across the firm, to successfully deliver and communicate business outcomes
  • Understand the business problems and opportunities that our product line can resolve and transform to communicate impact and business value
  • Foster a product mindset, while motivate and inspire product teams
  • Source data from stories and epics in JIRA align; work closely with customers/stakeholders, product teams and Agile coaches to provide feedback and maturity in sufficient detail to communicate impact and outcomes
  • Use data and metrics to assess product performance against business objectives
  • Leverage external networks, training/education, and vendor/industry experts, to inform our strategic direction
  • Lead by example and influence; build a culture of integrity, collaboration, and fun that values our people and the impact we make to the firm
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years large-scale delivery experience, metrics, and senior stakeholder executive reporting
  • Ability to influence with storytelling, organizational skills, and attention to detail, at all levels of the organization and across a broad variety of job functions
  • Experience using data analytics to extrapolate key messages
  • Experience establishing standardized processes and metrics to streamline communications and outcomes
  • Expert experience using visuals and graphics for executive messaging, recommendations, and outcomes
  • Energized by the opportunity to manage/oversee multiple initiatives and operate in a fluid environment
  • Demonstrated successful partnerships at multiple levels across business and technical teams
  • Understanding of design thinking techniques (Persona\'s, Journey Maps, Business Model Canvas etc.)
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills including creative problem solving, effective written and verbal communications, and planned and organized coordination of cross functional teams
  • Acute attention to detail and quality; driven with the ability to self-manage
  • Successful track record in strategic planning and bringing products \'to market\'
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and socializing roadmaps, milestones and scoping/estimation methods.
  • Experienced in leading projects following Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies
  • Experienced using JIRA Align, creating and sourcing content for impact
  • Experienced in working with a global team and organization
