Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and manage dental supplies efficiently
Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions, ensuring they understand their care plans
Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Support patients by answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy
Organise appointment schedules to optimise clinic workflow and minimise waiting times
Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry
Experience
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong patient care skills with a focus on compassion and professionalism
Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with patients and team members
Basic IT skills for managing patient records and appointment scheduling
