We are looking for a friendly, professional person to join and inspire our Dental practice as a Practice Manager.

The successful candidate will be fully supported by the head nurse and the operations team which currently includes: HR Manager, Operations Director, Operations Business Support Managers, Performance and Marketing Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager and Practice Principals/Owners.

42.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Monday - Saturday, Flexible shift pattern
Overview of Role:
As a Practice Manager, you will oversee all day to day business operations of our Dental Practice. This includes implementing and managing an efficient patient journey, managing staff & site to a high CQC and NHS standard, and working with our Clinicians to make sure that all resources are available for appropriate patient care.
Jobs tasks can include:
Providing support and on-going development to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff
Delivering and monitoring Practice Targets and KPIs
Managing the Clinical Governance systems and maintaining practice policies and audits
Financial Management including: banking, authorising invoices, producing reports, P&L and working towards a budget and KPI's
Ensure staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire, Health & Safety, CQC regulations, RIDDOR and COSHH
Leadership of full team including: Rotas, Staff Quarterly 1-2-1's as well as inductions
Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
Qualifications/ Experience
GCSEs or higher Certification
2 years Management Experience
Desirables
CQC Manager Experience
GDC Registered
ILM 3 Management
