Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the dental team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff members. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable. Implement and maintain human resources policies, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as industry standards. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance practice efficiency. Manage patient relations to ensure a high level of satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Coordinate with dental suppliers and vendors to maintain adequate inventory levels. Monitor practice performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or healthcare setting is essential. Strong background in financial management, with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively. Experience in human resources management, including staff recruitment and training processes. Veterinary experience is considered an asset but not mandatory. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with patients and staff alike.
