Byways Dental Practice is located in the idyllic village of Checkendon, near Reading. We are a mainly Private practice and are currently looking for a full time Practice Manager/TCO . Preferably we are looking for a candidate with nursing experience as well.
The Practice Manager would be responsible for managing the work of all clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the practice delivers quality dental care and service to patients in line with CQC, GDC guidelines, Health and Safety, Employment and any other legislation.
The candidate would ideally have a dental background, be well organised and be able to work on their own initiative efficiently. Working as a team they need to ensure the smooth running of the Practice. We use SOE Exact so prior knowledge of this system would be beneficial.
