Responsibilities
Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules effectively to optimise workflow.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options.
Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
Assist in the financial aspects of treatment coordination, including discussing payment options and insurance coverage with patients.
Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff to ensure clarity regarding treatment processes.
Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge within the role.
Skills
Proven office experience, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
