The Role

This is a dual role, combining front-of-house reception duties with proactive treatment coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, while also guiding them through their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities include:

Providing a warm, professional welcome to patients. Managing diaries, appointments, and patient enquiries. Supporting clinicians with treatment coordination for cosmetic, implant, restorative and facial aesthetic treatments. Presenting treatment plans and finance options confidently. Performing

intraoral scans

to support cosmetic, Invisalign, and implant consultations. Assisting with consultations, ensuring patients are informed and supported. Maintaining accurate patient records and compliance documentation.

About You

Essential:

Experience in a dental reception or treatment coordination role (ideally private practice). Excellent communication and organisation skills. Confidence in discussing treatment plans and patient options. IT literacy, including dental software.

Desirable:

Experience supporting implant consultations. Trained in intraoral scanning. Knowledge of digital workflows in cosmetic/implant dentistry. Previous experience in a high-end private practice.

Social media skills (photography, content creation, or patient engagement) will be an advantage.

Pay: 14.50-16.00 per hour
