The Role

We're seeking a

Saturday Dental Receptionist

to be the welcoming face of our busy, modern dental practice in

Wallasey (CH44)

. You'll provide exceptional front-of-house service, ensuring every patient has a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth Managing appointments, recalls, and patient correspondence using dental software Supporting clinicians and the Practice Manager with daily administrative tasks Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all patient records Helping to ensure the front desk runs efficiently and calmly

What We're Looking For

Minimum

1-2 years' experience

working in a dental reception (essential) Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organised, and confident using dental or medical software systems A positive team player who takes pride in delivering a great patient experience (GDC registration desirable but not essential)*
