Front of House / Patient Advisor

to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, organised, and empathetic individual with a strong background in customer service. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient experiences a gold-standard journey from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and support patients with professionalism and care Manage appointments using our computerised booking system Process payments and handle banking tasks Coordinate daily administration with the clinical team, referral clinics, and dental laboratories Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For:

Previous front-of-house or customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare setting Strong IT skills and an eye for detail Reliable and well-organised A caring and patient-focused approach

Requirements:

GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above

Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Pay

28,400 per annum
