Job Description

Carlton Dental Care is looking for a treatment Co-ordinator!

We are looking for some one who is friendly, enthusiastic, organised & hard working.

A dental background is a must, as one of your responsibilities will be discussing dental treatments and plans with the patients.

Key Responsibilities:



Social media & Marketing. Organising open days for individual clinicians. Serve as the primary point of contact for private & Denplan patients, guiding them through their dental journey. Provide detailed treatment explanations and financial options to patients. Coordinate treatment plans, ensuring smooth scheduling and patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate patient records and manage follow-up communications. Work collaboratively with the team to promote high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Utilise the dedicated TCO room to create a comfortable and private setting for patient consultations.
We would prefer the candidate to work full time, but we can be flexible with hours.

Pay will be discussed in the interview process, depending on experience.

Pay: From 13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 39 per week
