We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for treatment sessions Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is up to date Collaborate with dental professionals to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Assist in the coordination of insurance claims and financial arrangements Maintain a clean and organised office environment

Experience

Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members Proficient in using office software and managing electronic health records Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
