### Job Title: Deputy Manager (Nursery / Childcare) - Level 3 Early Years Required

Location: Egham, TW20

Salary: 30,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (7:15am-4:15pm / 9am-6pm)

#### About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the daily operations of our nursery. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a Level 3 Early Years professional with a passion for childcare and team development.

#### Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing staff, daily routines, and compliance with EYFS standards

Provide high-quality early years education and care for children

Mentor and support nursery practitioners, ensuring best practices

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, parent communication, and staff rotas

Ensure Ofsted compliance and uphold safeguarding policies

#### Requirements:

Mandatory: Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Childcare & Education (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare regulations

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a nursery team

Excellent communication and organizational skills
