We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in developing care plans and activities for children
Drive the implementation of childcare programmes
Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
Support the Manager in administrative tasks and record-keeping
Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting
Requirements
Previous experience working with children is essential
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to develop and implement care plans
Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping
Qualifications in childcare are desirable but not essential
