Based in one of our modern, well-equipped residential homes, you will be working with children and young people with Emotional, and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The ideal candidate will be dedicated to nurturing each young person's potential, building their confidence and independence as they prepare for adulthood.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home. You'll provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the staff team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently maintained.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance is embedded throughout the service
Facilitate reflective supervision and staff development, promoting strong teamwork and communication
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a children's residential setting
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team to deliver quality outcomes
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)

Pay: 30,924.00-33,845.00 per year
