The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in leading our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and caring individual who is ready to take the next step in their early years career.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery. Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding care and education. Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS regulations. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff. Assist with staff training, development, and performance management. Step into the Manager's role in their absence.

Requirements:

Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential). Proven experience in a senior nursery role (Room Leader, Deputy, or similar). Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A proactive and positive approach to team management.
