We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
with a current
NMC PIN
to join our team as a
Deputy Manager
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior

As a
Clinical Deputy Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of care, supporting the
Home Manager
, and leading the clinical team. If you are passionate about

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong
clinical
leadership and supervision to the nursing and care team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centred care.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate the needs of residents, developing and implementing tailored care plans using our
digital care planning
system.
Manage, mentor, and support
Staff Nurses
and care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure full compliance with
CQC
standards and all relevant regulations, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
Deputise for the
Home Manager
in their absence, taking responsibility for the daily operations and clinical governance of the home.
Uphold and implement all company policies and procedures, contributing to
quality improvement
initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Valid NMC PIN
as a
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
.
Proven experience in a senior
clinical
capacity, such as a
Senior Staff Nurse
,
Clinical Lead
, or
Deputy Manager
.
A strong clinical nursing background with excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in
IT skills
and experience with
digital care planning
systems.
A forward-thinking, proactive approach with the ability to drive high standards of care.
