Hours:

Full-time | 40 hours per week | 3 long 12-hour shifts + 1 supernumerary 8-hour shift

Pay:

24.50 per hour

We are seeking an experienced

Nurse Deputy Manager

to join our care home team. This role is perfect for an RGN with clinical experience and leadership skills, including those ready to step up into a deputy manager position.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Home Manager in daily operations and clinical leadership. Oversee and mentor nursing and care staff. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with NMC and CQC standards. Manage clinical duties, including medication administration and care planning. Act as a point of contact during shifts and ensure smooth operation of the unit.
Requirements

RGN RMN with clinical experience

. Previous Deputy Manager experience preferred; step-up applicants with relevant experience considered. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage staff effectively.
