We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our forming team at Pure heart homes as we embark on the journey of setting up our first children's residential provision.

We are looking for the someone who:

Has experience working with young people
Experience of leading a team
Level 3 / 4 diploma in residential care in children's and young people workforce
Has a genuine passion for caring for others in their day to day routines
Is resilient in their approach, can manage challenging situations and work well as a team player.
Be prepared to get involved and support the young peoples endeavours and encourage positive engagement in the community
Our home has been created to a high standard to provide a solo provision supporting a young person between of the ages of 7 - 17 years old who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your role will be to support our team to provide care for the young person to build their self esteem, accept themselves, helping them on their journey into adulthood.
