Deputy Manager (RGN)

What we need from you?



Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN Minimum of

2 years' management or senior leadership experience

within a care setting Experience supporting or leading during

CQC inspections

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred but not essential) Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and best practice

Responsibilities



Support the Registered Manager in the

day-to-day operational and clinical management

of the service. Ensure good practice within services. Management of teams and individuals To establish and maintain effective communication Participate in the On-Call system. Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, carrying out additional shifts if necessary. Undertake additional activities such as attendance at conferences and involvement in project groups to continuously develop as an individual and the organisation.
