What is the role?
The Dell is based at St. Mary's Stadium, a one-of-a-kind pub with a nod to our heritage, where you will assist the General Manager in all aspects of running The Dell pub on match days and non-match days ensuring the pub is a go to for all.
What will you be doing?
You will support in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing team members, scheduling shifts along with developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits.
Other duties include ensuring that food and beverage quality and presentation meet high standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in managing a busy restaurant or similar establishment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptionally high standards.
Strong Knowledge of food and beverage.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
