Pay Range:
32,110 - 34,060 per year (includes sleep-in allowance)
Sleep-in Rate:
55.00 per night (typically once a week)

We are currently hiring a Deputy Manager to help lead our dedicated teams across multiple locations. If you're someone with strong leadership experience who is passionate about working with young people, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As Deputy Manager, you'll take a key role in the daily running of our services, including:
Providing hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to frontline staff
Working closely with the Registered Manager and stepping in when they are unavailable
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards
Organising staff schedules and overseeing day-to-day operational tasks
Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment for young people
Liaising with families, professionals, and other stakeholders
Taking part in direct support work when needed
Offering regular staff supervision and supporting development through appraisals and mentoring
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
Leadership experience within residential or supported accommodation services
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or be working toward one
Strong communication and people management skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A firm commitment to promoting the wellbeing and safety of vulnerable young people
