and the opportunity to step into a senior nursing leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in the daily operational management of the home
Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times
Assist with staff supervision, training, and development
Conduct audits, care plan reviews, and risk assessments
Liaise with families, external professionals, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Active NMC registration as
RGN
or
RMN
Previous
experience in a nursing management or supervisory role
is essential
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
Knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
