We are seeking a dedicated
Deputy Nursery Manager
to join our team. The successful candidate will initially start as a pre-school Room Leader and gradually take on office-based management duties to learn the full scope of the Deputy Manager role.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a pre-school room, ensuring high-quality care and learning experiences. Support the Nursery Manager with administrative and management tasks. Observe, assess, and document children's development. Mentor and guide nursery staff to maintain excellent standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred). Level 3 qualification in childcare. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Passionate about early years education and child development.
