dynamic, experienced, and inspiring Deputy Nursery Manager
who can juggleteam leadership, nursery operations, and the occasional impromptu tea party with toddlers

A
Level 3 (or higher) qualification
in Early Years Education.Proven leadership experience
in an early years setting. Awizard-like understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding regulations
. Theability to motivate a team
(and possibly wrangle the occasional rogue toddler).Creativity, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
--because no two days are the same! Excellentcommunication skills
(for both tiny humans and grown-ups).What You'll Be Doing
Leading and inspiring
our team of dedicated practitioners.Ensuring a top-notch learning environment
where every child feels valued and supported.Supporting the Nursery Manager
with day-to-day operations, admin, and team management.Building strong relationships
with children, parents, and the wider nursery community.Getting hands-on in the nursery
when needed--whether that's reading a story, leading an activity, or dodging flying spaghetti at lunchtime!Championing outdoor play
