Join our nurturing nursery team where you'll play a vital role in shaping young minds and supporting their early development journey.
Term time only
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 2pm
Half hour break per day unpaid
Responsibilities:
Support the nursery manager in the day-to-day running of the setting Lead and supervise staff to ensure a high standard of teaching and care Lead and implement the nursery curriculum and EYFS planning, quality improvement and room organisation Office-based role leading the curriculum Act as deputy safeguarding lead Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff Oversee health and safety, risk assessment and staff training Step in as manager in their absence Support during regulatory visits such as Ofsted Cover the nursery manager's annual leave and absence
Requirements:
Level 5/6, Degree, Teacher Status Managing or Deputy in a day nursery: 2 years (required)
