Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting Lead and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners Ensure the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding Contribute to planning and delivering a rich EYFS curriculum Maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers Oversee staff supervision, training, and development Ensure compliance with all Ofsted and statutory requirements

Requirements:

Minimum

Level 3

qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) At least

2 years of experience

in an Early Years setting Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential Strong knowledge of the

EYFS

and safeguarding procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for providing outstanding childcare
