Nanny Bears are recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager for our wonderful Buckfastleigh setting!

You must be qualified to at least level 3 with experience in similar role, 40 hours per week.

Your will have the following experience, skills and attributes -

Have a full and relevant (minimum) Level 3 qualification in Childcare. Previous experience in a similar role. Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development. Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework. Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice. Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
