Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to support our nursery manager and team and ensure the smooth operation of our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Manage daily nursery operations in the absence of the manager Oversee the implementation of early childhood education programmes Drive continuous improvement in nursery standards and practices Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies Lead and mentor nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare services
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a nursery or childcare setting Strong background in early childhood education Excellent communication skills in English Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Experience working with children and understanding their needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year
