We are looking for a
confident and proactive Deputy Room Manager
to join this warm, nurturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner who wants tostep into a leadership role
while staying hands-on in the classroom, supporting young children's growth and development.What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Room Leader in the
daily running of the room
Guiding and mentoring your team to deliveroutstanding EYFS practice
Acting as akey person
, building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families Ensuring the highest standards insafeguarding
, health & safety, and compliance Leading observations, planning, and assessments to promote individual development Championing best practices and supporting staff developmentWhat We're Looking For:
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education Minimum
2 years' experience
in a nursery or early years setting Solid understanding of theEYFS
and safeguarding procedures Strongleadership
andcommunication
skills Spanish language skills are a plus - but not essential! A genuine passion forbilingual and multicultural education
