Nursery which is part of Springmead School serving a beautiful rural village community, near Frome. We are entirely committed to supporting children to be confident, curious learners and offer each child rich extra-curricular experiences - we have been recognised for this in national awards.
Our small,
highly successful nursery
is
a 50 week provision
and we are looking for a playdough making
Deputy Nursery Manager
to bring their magic to assist in leading our beautiful 'Excellent in all areas' nursery. This leadership position will be at least a highly experienced Level 3.
We are looking for 4 days a week with 10 hour shifts - 8am to 6pm.
You will be experienced, playful, a communicator, a mathematician, a scientist, a thinker and a dreamer who can support our youngest children in their first steps on their learning adventure here at Little Crickets. You will be inspired and amazed by their interests, their insights, their friendships, feel proud as they develop and learn in a stunning setting that you will be
leading with a team of inspirational members
. You believe in strong parent partnerships and work hard to build these.
You will plan and lead explosions of learning in the Nursery class, organising and creating ideas to help children achieve milestones, delighting in the achievements of every single child. You will be part of a supportive network of colleagues who act with one mind: to create a strong team that seeks out new and old ways of working to provide rich experiences for the children in our care.
