What We're Looking For:
A nurturing leader with a strong background in early years education.
Experience managing a nursery setting and leading a team with enthusiasm and energy.
A passion for fostering a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with parents, children, and staff.
A solid understanding of relevant regulations and early years frameworks.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support our dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education.
Ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting all regulatory standards.
Build strong relationships with parents and families, keeping them engaged in their child's progress.
Develop and implement exciting and creative activities to inspire the children's learning.
