We are looking for a new Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team who is willing to take ownership of pushing the quality higher and be part of our great team. We expect our Deputy Manager to have the ambition to make their mark on the nursery and contribute to our successful team. Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management of nursery operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education.
Foster effective communication with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns and providing updates on children's progress.
Implement educational activities that promote children's development and learning.
Collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards.
Successful applicants must complete an enhanced DBS check.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 37,000.00 per year
