We are seeking an experienced
Deputy Nursery Manager
to join our team at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery New Cross. The successful candidate will support the Nursery Manager in running the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education for children while assisting in managing the team and daily operations.Key Responsibilities
Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. Support the delivery of high-quality care and educational programs. Mentor and guide nursery staff to maintain excellent standards. Observe, assess, and support children's development. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. At least 1 year of management experience, ideally as a Deputy Nursery Manager. Level 3 qualification in childcare. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passionate about early years education and child development.
