Due to high numbers Highly successful and established nursery setting in Thanet seeking experienced, qualified, passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to join them leading their team, encouraging and supporting staff and making improvements wherever possible.
Working in a Large setting you will be required to work Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 with children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will be required to:
Work alongside the nursery manager to ensure the smooth day to day running f the setting.
Step into the role of manager as and when required with the outlook of stepping up as a manager permanently.
support and encourage the aims and objectives of the setting
Ensure high standards of childcare are maintained, monitoring the setting and carrying out reviews
Assist the manager with the implementing of policies and objectives for the setting
Assist with the planning and organising of staffing schedules and holiday rotas Above are some of the responsibilities, you my be required to carry out other duties and objectives in order to aid the running of the setting.
MUST HAVE:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education
Have sound knowledge of the EYFS
Have experience in a similar role
Be passionate about childcare and have motivation and understanding of the role and what is expected of you as a Deputy Manager
