Deputy Manager
Salary:
34,000-40,000
Hours:
40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated team and assume responsibility in the absence of the manager.
Offer training and ongoing support to staff, promoting professional development during team meetings.
Ensure effective communication with the management team to uphold high-quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and local community partners.
Maintain accurate administrative records, including assessments and daily logs.
Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
Level 3 childcare qualification
Strong initiative, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for early childhood education with an innovative approach to learning.
