We're looking for a dedicated and experienced

Deputy Nursery Manager

to join our vibrant and long-standing nursery in

Raynes Park, Wimbledon

What You'll Be Doing



Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of care, safety, and learning Motivate and guide a team of early years educators to deliver exceptional EYFS practice Contribute to planning a rich, personalised curriculum that supports every child's development Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to nurture staff potential Build meaningful partnerships with parents and carers to support children's wellbeing and progress Play a key role in increasing enrolment by delivering engaging showarounds to prospective families Foster a secure, stimulating, and inclusive environment where all children thrive Confidently manage challenges with a calm, proactive, and solution-led approach

What You'll Need



A

Level 3 (or higher)

qualification in Early Years Education (essential) Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an early years setting Strong knowledge of the

EYFS

, safeguarding, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills A genuine passion for working with children and delivering the highest standards The ability to lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture
