administration/office time

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who is confident to step up and run the nursery in the absence of the manager.
We are a family run, 40 place full day care nursery for children aged 12 weeks plus.
Our dedicated team of passionate practitioners are looking to welcome an inspiring and motivated Deputy ready to support our Nursery Manager to drive forward practice through a robust training, coaching and monitoring approach.
Salary: 14.90-15.60 per hour / Up to 32,448pa
(Depending on Experience/Qualifications)

40 Hours across 4 Days / 8am-6pm
All Year Round / Permanent

Deputy Nursery Manager Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the nursery team/Supporting the manager
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous Managerial/Leadership Nursery Experience
Minimum Level 3 in Childcare
Extensive knowledge of EYFS
Strong Safeguarding, child protection and SEND knowledge
Experience of developing a high performing team through motivation, coaching and training
Experience of participating in Ofsted inspections leading to a "Good" or "Outstanding" outcome
Evidence of the ability to build strong parent partnerships
Ability to work in multi- disciplinary teams such as LA, Health, etc
